Randwick Boys High School
An 'old boy' goes back to school!
Randwick Boys’ High School is a comprehensive boys’ high school located in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The school is highly multicultural, with approximately 70% of the student population coming from a language background other than English. The school has a proud history of excellent academic results, particularly at HSC level.
In the current government, Randwick Boys’ High School boasts three “old boys”. Former students have also gone on to represent the school in the fields of Science, Medicine, Academia, Economics and the Arts. There is a strong sporting tradition in the school and a history of students going on to represent Australia in their chosen fields.
The dedicated teaching staff is a blend of experienced teachers and early career teachers. The school strives to guide young men to success and is committed to the development of the whole person through academic, sporting and cultural excellence, complemented by a strong emphasis on student wellbeing. A diverse curriculum, with a focus on technology, provides a wide range of opportunities for all students to achieve success.
Austral Surveillance staff, led by another 'old boy' Jacob Nalbandian, rolled out a state-of -the-art D-Link CCTV system to monitor key aspects of the school.
D-Link engineers worked closely with Austral Surveillance staff to deliver a flagship system, that would benefit the school, in a myriad of ways.
Austral Surveillance would like to thank D-Link staff, Robert Savellis and George Wong for their assistance with this project!
