Identity One (formerly known as Biometric Innovations) is an independant Australian owned software house committed to the development of customised software solutions to Australia's electronic security, payroll and time and attendance markets.

Austral Surveillance first started its relationship with Identity One in August 2002 with a project that introduced the earliest Tecom/Sagem
Biometric access control hybrid system in Australia.

This relationship has continued to grow, with Austral Surveillance installing Sagem Hardware and Identity One Software at sites such as:
HPA Salmat,
South Sydney Corporate Park
, Stuart Dickson Produce and E.C Throsby.

This partnership also helped create the
largest biometrics site in the southern hemisphere

Austral Surveillance currently works closely with Identity One in the NSW prison environment, deploying the industry leading BioGuard™ attendance management system at several NSW Department of Corrective Services sites, throughout the state.
